Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (₨).
Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Advance Payment.
Advance payments can be full or 50%, as agreed during order confirmation.
Payment details will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS after order placement.
Order Confirmation
Your order will only be confirmed once a payment method is selected and acknowledged by our team.
Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment is not received within the specified time.
Shipping Policy
We deliver across Pakistan within 3 to 4 working days.
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or national holidays.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by inaccurate address or contact information.
Return & Refund Policy
We only accept return or refund requests if the product received is damaged or defective.
To qualify for a return or refund, you must record a video while unboxing the package.
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.
Without an unboxing video or if the product is used, no refund or exchange will be processed.
